Terms of service
Last updated: July 2026
Use of the service
GemiFX is a tool that automates the execution of trading strategies on your own broker account. You remain the account holder and control your broker relationship at all times.
No financial advice
GemiFX is not a broker, exchange, fund manager, or financial advisor. Nothing in the product or on this website constitutes investment advice. All trading decisions are made by the strategy you select and the parameters you set.
Risk disclosure
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your capital.
By using GemiFX you acknowledge this risk and agree to trade only with capital you can afford to lose.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for: keeping your broker API credentials confidential, reviewing the strategy and risk settings before enabling the bot, monitoring your account, and complying with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
Our responsibilities
We'll make reasonable effort to keep the engine running reliably, to document changes, and to notify you of incidents. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Refunds — 30-day money-back
Your one-time activation fee is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund the fee in full — no questions asked.
Refunds are handled individually: email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.
The guarantee covers the activation fee only. Trading results — profits or losses generated on a funded account — are not refundable.
Termination
You can disconnect and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or put other users at risk.
