Rules and payouts
Your funding partner sets the account rules and sends your payouts. We can explain what you see, but we can’t change their rules. First payout 14 days after the AI’s first trade, then weekly.
Refunds
The fee can’t be refunded once your account is issued. Paid twice, or your account couldn’t be issued? Email us from the address you paid with.
Delete my account
Open Account, then Delete account. Your funded account stays with your funding partner.
Never send us a password or a card number.
