Common topics
- Subscriptions and refunds. Subscriptions are processed by Apple via the App Store. Manage or cancel them under iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. For refunds, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Demo mode.The app ships with a fully simulated demo account ($10,000 starting balance). Demo prices are generated locally; no real money is involved. The DEMO badge and "(simulated)" suffix are shown wherever you see a balance or P&L.
- Connecting a broker. Generate an API key in your forex broker account (e.g. IC Markets, Pepperstone) and paste the key and secret in the app under Connect → Own Funds → [your broker]. Credentials are stored on your device in the Apple Keychain.
- Account deletion. Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your Firebase Authentication record and trading data.
- Privacy and data rights. See our Privacy Policy. For access, deletion, or correction requests, email [email protected].
